Refund Policy

All fees paid to Hogwarts Legacy Dance Academy are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Once payment is made and confirmed through any approved method, it is considered final, and no refunds, credits, or adjustments will be provided for missed classes, early withdrawal, or personal reasons such as health issues, relocation, or scheduling conflicts. Students are responsible for attending their registered classes regularly and on time. In the event that a class is cancelled or rescheduled by the academy due to unforeseen circumstances, it will be adjusted or rescheduled within the existing membership period, and no monetary compensation or refund will be offered. The academy is not responsible for any loss due to incorrect payment details or failed transactions. By enrolling in any program or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy in full.
